Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Hong Kong and Singapore. International shipping is not available at this time — we are working to change that. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when we expand to your region.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. During peak periods, this may extend to 3 to 4 business days.

Delivery Time Standard shipping via SF Express takes between 1 to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns and exchanges are available for orders shipped to Hong Kong and Singapore only.

Return Process To initiate a return, please submit a request via our returns portal here.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued as store credit.

Exchanges If you need a different size or colour, contact us at hello@houseofaxis.com with your order number and we will arrange the exchange with free shipping both ways.

Shipping Fees If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label. For all other returns - including sizing or colour preference - return shipping is at your expense.

Promotional Orders Discount codes must be applied at checkout before completing your purchase. Codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, are non-transferable, and are not valid on gift cards. All promotional sales are final — no returns or exchanges apply. All purchases are subject to AXIS terms and conditions.
